The Bambi award is the oldest media awards ceremony in Germany and have been held annually since 1948.
They are awarded to persons, ‘with vision and creativity who affected and inspired the German public that year’ and are presented in categories such as film, fashion, sports and outstanding social commitment.
Victoria Beckham won award in the fashion category for her successful style empire. She earns $ 160 000 per day. Karl Lagerfeld gave her the Bambi statue.
